That's a load of bullshit. You never provided proof that (a) the accusation was "fake"; or (b) the issue has been resolved. And spare us the whining about privacy please. You accused your customer of fraud. What kind of privacy is that?

The load of bullshit is you attacking us based on the fake acquisition, I do not know why you do not like us, it is your own issue. How we should prove that acquisition is fake... the accuser should prove that it is not fake...

It is your handling (or lack thereof) of the issue that is the main reason for the neg trust I've posted for you. Unless you choose to step off your high horse I think it's fair to warn potential customers that you're incapable of dealing with disputes.

If you don't want to do this in public please contact a trusted forum member (e.g. shorena seems to be the go-to guy/gal for this kind of thing) and provide the proof privately. If someone like shorena confirms your side of the story I'm willing to consider revising my trust to neutral on both of your accounts.

Everything has been explained many times and it is very difficult to deal with a dispute when an accuser disappears.

Nothing has been really explained (merely saying "fraud" is not an explanation) and you lied repeatedly that an investigation is being conducted or will be conducted or some such nonsense. It doesn't matter if the accuser is present or not. You have already acknowledged that the incident took place and that you put the funds on hold. Show us how you resolved it or how you determined that there was fraud justifying the confiscation of customer funds.

I think you should just try our services, to see that we are a legit trustable company.
