It also does not need to be phone verified, i'll verify using my own phone too.
It doesn't need a lot / any trades either.
The account must be US based. If it is phone verified, it must be verified using a US phone number.

Basically, I don't want a trusted account, I just want to start on LocalBitcoins without a completely new account so that I don't get buried in other people's advertisements. The account just has to be old.
