as explained in a couple of posts above, the occasional errors are caused by the fact that the major effort is directed at a complete rebuild of the platform. For the same reason, support can take longer than normal to reply due to overload. Both, development and support teams have grown considerably over the last several months, but it is taking some time for people and things to settle.

So, in answer to your question, no, we haven't been great in the last couple of months, but yes, we will improve it. Not just improve, but take to a different level with the new wirexapp.com and the updated app.

Thanks for the reply gosha , do you mind please fix the bug of funds disappearing when withdrawing BTC? or at least restore my bugged funds to my account balance?
