You can start trading any once you made up your mind that to do it. Due to trading is not waiting for us, our fortune is in our hands of how are we gonna trade it with a nice set up, and conditional mind to it. perhaps you can start trade at novaexchange

but to me i think that the best time for starting trading is that when you get some experience and you can get experience in trading if you will invest a small amount of bitcoin in alt coin for trading. from where you can get good experience in trading.

i agree with you that experience is very important thing to start trading and there is a lot of people start trade without any experience and they lost their all money in trade so first of all get experience and skill and then start trad.

experience and skill is really the basic of trading if you have a good experience and skill then you are a good trader and you will be never face to any problem in trading and you will get profit with smoothly.

you are right that experience and skill is the base of trading and these two point will minimize the risk in the trading but still there is many experienced and skillful people sometime face to risk because sometime they are unlucky and lose their money in trading.

No matter how skilled certain traders are, there isn't such a thing as making profits all the time with trading. What makes the difference is that well skilled traders make enough profits during a certain period of time, that when they do happen to lose on a trade, that they can easily catch up this loss without it burning through their profits. That's the main point of importance when it comes to trading.
