I have a small farm of 36GPUs (gigabyte windfire & saphire 280x's), been running "ethos" for past year but month by month it has become more and more unstable with cards dropping out, so 1 or 2 per rig won't mine, and speeds dropped for 280x's from 19mh now down to 13-14mh. Would the hash be higher running claymore in windows on get off ethos?

They are good for ZEC and Expanse. If you have low-cost rate electricity, they you can try exp+dcr dual mining. You'll get ~10-15% more.
Maaan that Tahiti chips are undestructible! Back to '12, I was mining bitcoin (sha256) with these cards and after 5 years they are still alive and still mining. Probably the best AMD's product. They're amortized itself like 2000x times.
