I just wondering - about altcoins and PoW and PoS. There are some coins which are 100% PoS and PoW is "turning off" after specific number of blocks are released. I'm thinking than - When for example there is 20% of PoS interest , and let say each block is running in each minute with amount of 1000 coins , and there is only 2 opened minting wallets - whats gonna happened? Is there someone who can help ?

Depends on if their version is using coin age.
Example :ZEIT
Zeit Staking Information
Blocks in Zeit wallets compete against blocks in other Zeit wallets to see who wins the right to stake (interest) every 30 seconds.
Zeit uses Weight to pick the stake winner.

Weight is calculated :
Weight=Number of coins in a block * CoinAge

For Zeit CoinAge starts at 20 days & ends at 40 days,
Meaning if your block is 25 days old , then your coinage is 5.
For security reasons , CoinAge quits growing at 20.
So after 40 days your coinage=20 , but if you only have 500 in a block, then its weight is
Weight=Number of coins in a block * CoinAge
10000 = 500 * 20

* Different PoS coins have different coinage specs.
Min Stake Age & Max Stake Age & Different Interest Rates

If coinage is not being used, then whichever block is 1 millisecond faster than the other.
