You already answered you question but for me. If world war 3 will happen probably those investors or those holders of bitcoin will be died and their bitcoin will be stocked on their bitcoin wallet and for sure if the ceo and the creator of blockchain will be rich for sure.

Not at all because the owner of blockchain.info can't just take away your bitcoins. There's also no way of finding out if the person that owns that particular wallet has died from the world war. There are wallets that have never been touched since 2013 and then gets their funds moving again this year because the price has been increasing a lot. The owner of blockchain might assume that the person owning that wallet is already dead when in fact the owner was just holding for a really long time.
