Okey we still can post giveaway thread in other part of this forum so this change isnt really problematric for me because we still have giveaways here which can give us really good rewards so I am not really worried.
If you are referring to Bitcoin giveaways in Games and Rounds, yes. In terms of altcoin giveaways, this "no on-forum giveaways" rule applies forum-wide (well, in actuality, in the entire altcoin section since altcoin posts outside this section are usually off-topic).
