If you are referring to Bitcoin giveaways in Games and Rounds, yes. In terms of altcoin giveaways, this "no on-forum giveaways" rule applies forum-wide (well, in actuality, in the entire altcoin section since altcoin posts outside this section are usually off-topic).

Discuss said topic where it belongs - in Meta, if in terms of gambling being accepted on Bitcointalk or in Gambling discussion on topics related to Bitcoin gambling in general.

^we are talking about Giveaway threads being ONLY allowed on CASINOS this seems slanted towards dooglus and his buddies!! :-D

If we're talking about on-forum altcoin giveaways, there are no exceptions. If you know of a giveaway that includes giving away altcoin AND requires users to post on this forum in a relatively low effort manner (which includes services that remind more of a giveaway, than a bounty/service/etc.), report it.

If we're talking about the "Games and Rounds" Bitcoin giveaways, anyone can create a giveaway there, not just Bitcoin casinos.
