Where is Usray ? Nobody on support. Maybe he is solving our issues.  Grin Grin How about a update ?

FYI  The latest gambit to waste our time is this:

You now have to send a PM to Usray.....never mind what day you first got on the list.....no no no...now, if you don't send the PM.....you get no response!

And even if you do send the PM.....they will play PM tennis with you by asking crazy undefined questions that require you to answer back for further clarification.....all in a ploy to waste everyones time and keep our money.....even longer.

Thank You.....you have just verified my statement!  You've responded to me MANY TIMES today....with a ridiculous undefined question that required my spending several hours going back & forth....where the question could have been asked the one time....clearly and answered succinctly.  Your own post verifies this!!! Undecided
