as if there is something an individual can do. the information about them is all there is, you can search the rest of their info on the internet. thier lawyer will just give you the mumbo jumbo and whatever else they can say which the bottom line is just you handed your money to them. and thats just it. nothing else you can do except listening to them saying "let them do their job." good luck suing them.

Bitcoin is not even considered a currency in the U.S. It's a commodity. These ICOs are equivalent to placing a donation button on their website.
