There is this swiss city Zug, http://www.coindesk.com/swiss-city-bitcoin-payments-government-services/ that will accept bitcoin for government services may be categorized as bitcoin city.
There are other bitcoin friendly cities like San Francisco,New York, Amsterdam etc.
As soon as these cities go full bitcoin, others will follow and we have then bitcoin country.

glad to see there are many more cities that accept bitcoin for the payments and i think soon we can see that other cities or countries will accept bitcoin too. i agree that big country need to accept bitcoin first and then the middle country and small country can follow their step to accept bitcoin and we can see bitcoin is using in many countries.
