With autobuy services it is not possible to check everything. The seller might have real codes but he obtained them via carding fraud.
So how can service operator check that? The only way is to remove fraudulent sellers is AFTER they commit a scam.
Hexpay is only platform for trading, just like eBay - the only difference is that eBay offers customer protection service, hexpay doesn't.

Nope. The definition of autobuys makes it near impossible to enforce any kind of solid "trust" for all vendors at an autobuy site.
