I've submitted the form as described on that page.  However it would be great if someone could write the address validation and unittest code they are requesting.

If no one is able to do it, I'll try and get to it in the next few months.  It looks simple, but needs some time.
Also going to look into syncing with upsteam v0.13.2.1 in the next few weeks.
