If you find where it needs to go but your coin still isn't showing, you will probably need to rescan the blockchain. I have never used the wallet you're referring to so I can't be certain how this is done, but you might have to launch the daemon by going to the Dash application, hitting Cmd+click on the application, then "show package contents". If it isn't in there than I am at a loss and you will need to wait for someone else to help you.

edit: or you might just have to restart the application.
