You are right, but remember, max speed is 1 ore(Gem, component, equipment) in 10 min!! And not all BP`s are so profitable like CPU`s. I have invested in ship BP`s and do not craft at all, only for my self. Same with many components. It is not worth it, that`s all. And you are right about planet owners (maybe) I don`t feel any big restrictions in my gameplay after update, I use planetary crafting~80-90%. But if you ask me how to get so much planets+upgrades now....absolutely no idea(maybe impossible). At least it takes months, maybe years...But take in account that I play since ~ july 2016. It`s a long time too + in start I spend ~14-16h per day. And so ~3-4 months....
