New release 1.2.

This is mandatory upgrade, which fixes the bug from ZCoin (https://zcoin.io/language/en/important-announcement-zerocoin-implementation-bug/).

We also added more checkpoints to make our network more secure.

Please upgrade as soon as possible, to avoid issues.
