I like these bets, and agree with your analysis. Arsenal are known for being able to take risks when they need to, and now they really do, so we will see some fireworks. A bit more unsure about the second one, but we are gambling anyways

Good predictions but I think the second game (Napoli vs Real Madrid) can end with more than 2 goals so I'll rather have it over 2:5 goals while I stay with the prediction of the Arsenal vs Bayern game.
