Not sure why everyone fudded him when he was willing to help Supercoin for free? (I certainly didn't pay a cent)
AFAIK, he is a skilled crypto dev and is a main dev of other well known coin already. (and now core of another)
Anyways, I think he doesn't have enough time for Supercoin atm.
But he does have some finished code to make the blockchain more efficient than now.
Good coding takes time. So maybe he can release that later when he has more time to invest & test.

In saying all that, I wish original supercoindev would just come back.
