Yes we made a mistake and sent low fee.
we've changed our algorithm to fetch the recommended fee from https://bitcoinfees.21.co/
Shouldn't be a problem from now on.

Then, how about the balance I withdrew? I don't receive it in my bitcoin address and it is also gone from my epayinfo balance.

Amounts for rejected transactions will be returned to their accounts.
As for unconfirmed we are monitoring them.
Should they get rejected we'll return balance to their accounts too.

How long I must wait?
