So any outside laws allow them to operate this way and not be touched by any foreign laws even U.S based ones because you are using their service which doesn't allow U.S customers access to using their site anyways and they know that is where most of the flackback from those players being their customers would come from being the largest amount of sues coming from in any country in the world.
Why else do you think most of these casinos run out of and license themselves there? To situate themselves on the shady line of the laws to protect themselves from just that reason. By being sued for laws they very well know they are breaking in any other part of the world.
Government payoffs to turn the other way when these casinos head quarter and operate out of their region of the world.
It is at a disadvantage to the players who actually believe in using these casinos who originate or even have anything to do with Costa rica.

Actually you are wrong here, most Casino's use this jurisdiction not to rob players, but to allow to provide the service. You can't open ANY online casino in US, they allow only offline because of the huge lobby and history. Also in case BitDice Casino S.L.R. would embezzle any funds you can actually sue us ( we are registered company ), and win the case easily, unless you broke some rules by playing on our casino. There's no hidden context or anything, we are working for three years already. And never had negative feedback. Well except BBmmBB or what was his name
This is another story, guy tried to rob us, tried to rob other players using stolen account, got accidentally caught yesterday. That's all.

Sure I will seek legal advice to confirm that his claims are true, but besides this, legal action is not my only resort if my funds are not returned or a fair agreement is not come to.
I admit and never have denied my actions 2 years ago toward alex was not a way to deal with the situation you put me in Quickseller, but at the same time, if I caused any damage I would have and still am willing to pay for that damage, but the matter of the fact is that I didn't cause any damage to alex and his casino, therefore there is nothing for me to pay for...sure you may assume my intentions and not believe what my intentions originally were, though that is like trying to read minds, or convicting someone because of what you think they would have done, when in reality they did not do anything.
As for my own investor based games I ran two years ago, I will sort that situation out for myself. This will be my permanent main account, I will sort matters from here, whether it be now or later, either way it has nothing to do with Quickseller or you alex. I do not need to be advised or guided by you both to handle situations that have none of your concern.
Again, alex, when are you going to give us a date when you will make your decision? I think there is enough community opinion from reputable members (minding the newbie members and te trolls) to make it obvious that the funds should be released
