You are confusing what someone 'believes in' with what someone 'believes'. In order for Alex to first process a withdrawal, he will first need to believe that user has a sufficient account balance to cover the withdrawal.

Good judgement based on the available facts can be used to determine if someone has a lawful right to money claimed to be theirs.

Ad hominem attacks are a sign of a weak argument.

Are you suggesting that he hacked BitDice and that it is their coins? If not then this is a non issue and has nothing to do with his funds being taken. Just more bullshit being made up as y'all go like with the ToS violation excuses. BitDice has clearly stated they never suffered any monetary or personal loss to him.

You call it an attack, I call it facts. If facts of your past offend you then maybe you shouldn't come to a thread trying to give your opinion on whether it is okay to take someones money.

Lying to people and misleading them into a false sense of trust to gain something is a crime here in the USA, it is called fraud (aka a scam). As a matter of fact, it is a felony here in the USA to commit fraudulent activities while on the internet and carries a sentence of up to 20 years in prison. A self admitted criminal and liar telling someone else it is okay to take stuff that doesn't belong to them, now that is funny.
No, AFAIK there isn't a question if the balance is correct or not, however I was using that as an example why your logic is so deeply flawed. You cannot pick and choose which questions you need to "think" about when making a decision.

People like to attack the messenger of an argument when they lack the capacity to attack the argument. You are misrepresenting my situation however even if what you say about me was accurate, what you say is wrong.
