Sorry for the really late reply: been a bit caught up. Yes, staking with win wallet, and only perhaps 50 hours a week in total max. More like 30 hours a week (6 per day, really on average). I haven't made a lot staking at all, but I suppose for doing nothing, it's still good returns if you have a sizeable amount to stake!
