No, it is not. The same way I choose to send a transaction with low fee when I do not care when it arrives so do PD users would have that option. That is the MOST CONVENIENT for users. Your lullaby though is more convenient for PD and PD only.

We're subsidizing the majority of your fee in most cases. We generally attach a lower fee than average, if we let users set an even lower fee their transactions wouldn't confirm. However, will be taking your feedback to mind and seeing what's do-able.
