The fact that BitDice didn't have the sense to check the links he was visiting before inserting his information is mainly their own fault.
lol now you're personally attacking the casino.So people invested in the pozni was their own fault,people who used MtGox was their own fault,people who get scammed by 100 other tricks is their own irresponsibilities but has nothing to do with people running them ? Law doesn't work like that.We shouldn't let him get away with anything, evidence should be presented to the appropriate authorities in his home country where it can be handled appropriately. As I said before though, I personally hope he gets whatever is coming to him and it is well deserved. It just needs to be done legally and not out in the woods somewhere like in the old days.

It is BD's and only BD's fault for not checking what they are putting their password into. Internet 101 on login security is to only put it into sites you trust. He didn't bother checking the site he put it into. It sure as hell isn't mine, yours, joe bobs, or jim bobs fault, it is theirs.

I took the legal route to have it removed as was the proper thing to do after notifying them. What you are doing is pure theft.
Actually it looks like that BitDice is contacting authorities to allow them to determine the ownership of the money. The court system will likely find that the money belongs to Volpe's victims and will attempt to distribute the money to them. Hacking and Phishing are two different things and two different crimes. Hacking is a felony here in the US while Phishing is only a misdemeaner and usually just carries a fine.
