Ok so it looks like this motherfucker owes me 3.25btc. 3btc I deposited to nextponzi and before I got it back the site was gone and 0.25btc I deposited to bit-dividends. How do I claim my money back? I have my old wallet ready with proof of transactions. Who should I contact?

This guy is a serial scammer. He is part of what makes BTC so toxic. Let's do some good with his money.

Refunding the gy with proof of been scamed is legit, but you can't donate the funds as long as there is a justice procedure ongoing, so it is up to Alex to decide what to do.
I totally agree with you about what makes bitcoin toxic, people like this guy should be banned from all the bitcoin related websites/forums/platforms.
Oh and, even for the refund, if there is a justice procedure, the funds shall not be moved.

While I agree without people like him people would never learn to be careful, sometimes the only way to learn is the hard way.
