Because you're full of bullshit and there is no legal entity which would take you seriously. Honestly, you need to admit that such a lawsuit would take five or maximum ten minutes in the real court of law. And after that there would be my turn, with a very long and quite costly lawsuit against your person. Blackmailing, extortion, defamation & hounding...
