You are enjoying playing or betting that's why you became addicted. Find another alternative like socialization to other people. Do other things like working. There are lots of anything you can do. Every gambler must be responsible with their actions, the number 1 rule to follow is gamble only with what you can afford to lose and control your emotion not to violate the number 1 rule. A lot of gamblers complaining that they ruin their lives because of gambling but I don't by their story, they are not man enough, they need to blame themselves because it will not come to that point if they learn from their mistakes and control themselves.

I'm agree with you, we can't blame anyone the only one who we can blame is our self. gambling is about risk and no one can push you for gambling so we must accept about all what we will get, like you can get broke by gambling.
