Look what happened after they stop tokhang because of those extra judicial killings as several people who previously engaged in drug activity gone back on doing the same things again for the reason of there's no one monitoring them. Unless the crusade for drugs continues it can be controlled but not totally eradicated.

As least to an extend put a control on it so not to let The Philippines turn into a narco-drug countries like Mexico or Columbia. That's why they are doing operation Tokhang 2 because they are going at drugs again. Even countries with strict drug laws have people still doing drugs so you can't totally eradicate it in our society. There are still millions of Filipinos who are still drug dependent, if the government can minimize it then it will be good for the country I guess.
