The only hard work that you'll be needing is when you're acquiring that knowledge. It's a tough road but when you get there, you can easily earn money. Once you expand your knowledge even more and establish something big, that's when you'll get rich with bitcoins.

That's the exact same thing that's happening in the real world. When you're smarter than most people, you can make money from them by hiring them and make money out of the things that you tell them to do. Those people that are just hard workers will always be under the people that are smarter than them. Smart people keep connected to other smart people. They keep learning new things. They are knowledgeable about a lot of stuffs. They can also become an employee but their job will make them earn much more than those people that know nothing but hard work.
