Probabilities alone indicate there is a high probability there is extraterrestrial life in the universe, whether this life is intelligent is another matter, the most abundant life in the universe will come in the form of bacterias and stuff like that.

Why only bacteria? Or do you believe in the tale that human and all life on earth was created by God? I have no doubt that life on earth spreads from planet to planet and most importantly to the conditions for the existence were suitable for a long time. I am sure that these planets much, they are just far away.
