Not even better odds. I know at least at Nitrogensports you can change the odds to make them whatever you want. You lose on the payout, but you can defnitely change the odds to your favor.

I've been gambling on nitrogensports for quite a long time now and I haven't heard that you can set your odds whatever you want or you're talking about parlays/teasers.

They still have some juice though compared to exchanges like fairlay or pinnacle that has no juice at all.
