man - your issue is already being dealt with, posting the same thing over and over again only makes for more clutter in this thread and makes it hard to help other customers.
Aside from that, though it is entirely reasonable to be upset when you have an issue with any service (including BitInstant), I would caution against using ripoffreport (feel free to post negative but accurate reviews elsewhere) - from a brief look over their site we can not respond without paying them fees.

I've responded already - you sent a gox coupon to a gox account (or attempted to) via our system, something we do not allow for AML reasons, our policy in such cases is to give a full refund but we do need to first confirm the correct account to send the refund to.
As regards fees - I was referring to the site ripoffreport, which currently has 2 customer complaints on that I can not respond to without paying ripoffreport fees. I encourage people to use other means instead as is their right.
