Approval granted. And let it be remembered that last time Syksy had a minigame, the 600*MUM granted to the participants, are now valued at 53 mil midprice (1,300 green money). So both STO and STS may attend and serve whomever they prefer.

Previous SCI given to NEW for the technologies is being cancelled as Syksy's proposed game will change the rules of diplomacy.

To be cancelled is 600 SCI from goin2mars and 1500 SCI from myself.

Also, I agree that previous consumption can be cancelled now, if the consumer wills so, since we have the rules outlined to possibly different direction (game theory -orientated optimization task). People may decide for themselves now if they consider it interesting enough to join in.
