Hi, i tried contact you with the /contact in the bitinstant, then i received an e-mail that my deposit should go to their destination (MtGox) in the next 12 hours, have been past more than 24h and since i received the e-mail i didnt receive any other answer, or the deposit, i dont know if i should re-do that '/contact' again.
So i need some answer about how my deposit is going, the ZipZap inc. tell me they paid you 3 days ago and nothing yet. I need two answers:
1- I already paid, so when could you deposit at Mt.Gox?
2 - If i do another deposit after this first one, the time to process will be almost the same, or is just the first one?
I understand that you should have a lot of transations in the moment and that could be the reason to delay my deposit, but i really want some answer.

I just checked our records and can find your quote but can't find the order (orders are generated when ZipZap send us notification) - this would indicate that the notification from ZipZap failed to reach us and needs to be resent. If you can give me the account number from your ZipZap payment slip or if you contact ZipZap directly and tell them that we did not receive the IPN they should be able to resend it and your order will process.
If you could help me with that i'll be glad.
