Max one error per 10K good shares. With genoil i have 3000 good shares and 100 bad shares. Can i modify something? Should i try another version?

Use Claymore's miner. This miner was always relatively unstable and Genoil stopped supporting / devloping it a long time ago so it's highly unlikely there will be any updates or improvements.
