same answer of every ticket "we will check it." and you take days without any actions or answers.
i have 11 days waiting for sponsor ticket without any actions.
this is not regular issue this is one of two important issues.
1- your site is hacked and there is people can stolen balances from faucets.
2- your api has bugs and it's also can taken from faucets balance.
this is important issues you have to check it quickly and be clear with your users.
and you'll have an answer soon.
