We are likely going to announce one more update with a finalized price right before the crowdsale begins since sudden and significant shifts in ETH price have proven to be unpredictable

I don't think they should alter the rate that much, we all know that volatility is huge in Crypto and any unfavourable price swing can significantly affect their budget.
