i would pass that if i am even able to invest some in that place. I do hear and see more scams especially online ones coming out of Nigeria than the rest of the world.

If so, then I likely agree with you (unless you get caught eventually, of course). Really, if someone can legally avoid paying taxes (this is aptly though rather euphemistically called "reduction of tax burden") or some part thereof, then I don't see any existential difference between legally avoiding taxes and illegally avoiding taxes since ultimately it all boils down how well you can avoid taxes and whether you get caught or rather not able to prove the legitimacy of your tax evasion (read how good your tax advisors and advocates are)
