If the pool at that size exists, it doesn't have to be Tycho.
Anyone who potentially could gain control of the pool.
AKA anyone who would either hijack, or hack deepbit.
By either cunning network skills, or by just figuring out who/where Tycho is, and jacking him in person.

and either way, his pool would instantly dissolve.

It would have to be proven that the chain was forked first, and if that pool is the network majority...
