By claiming to exploit or misuse the algorithm or coding of a certain gambling site you are showing that you are dishonest and have zero integrity. It follows that if you are dishonest, you cannot be trusted to hold an agreement, let alone repay a loan.

Exploiting a site that mercenarily feeds on the addictions of people and asking for a loan are two very different things.
