Ok, with this and DataSpree on otc's help (who suggested putting the windows machine ip address as one of the addnode things) the transaction has finally shown up on windows. It's unconfirmed still but once it goes through I'll send you both a coin. Thanks.

Thanks! I wish I would have had a chance to see your earlier reply, since that would have been my next suggestion. Failing that, I would have had you connect to me directly, since my node is currently underutilized with just 23 connections.
