install these to fix runtime errors i did both versions

and you need to 2010 version of Visual C++ that i posted above
2017 version dont seem to work by themselves
at least on my win10 pro fresh install
windows 10 is problematic with apps, Probably wallet works best with the msvcr100 found in Microsoft Visual C++ 2010
just try download it from an official site and not 3rd parties
