You will need to SSH access that rig using his LAN IP.

Example:
1) ssh miner@192.168.xxx.xxx
Pw: miner

2) nano /mnt/user/config.txt
Use keyboard arrows to see what is written after EMAIL=*****
Put your email there

3) Ctrl+x
y
enter

4) sudo reboot

You're rig is now mining to your email dashboard.

If you are on windows and can't use SSH, then please install MobaXterm, it's a good software to manage SSH connections.
