Great, i would have been shamed for helping a scam project, i am glad that you aren't.
I will defenitly keep on watching your project, by the way, when do you expect to release sources ? could we have some clues about the language used ? Or some informations like that ?
Also, will the ICO be releaunched after your code release ? i think it would be better, this way your investors could check your code, and see if it is legit or not, maybe you can invite some developers to give their thoughts, it could help you to raise funds.

Our platform will be JavaScript based. Regular stable code releases will be updated on Github

We can't say about another ICO, but yes there will be Bug Bounty after the code is made available for the testnet.
