There are two major factions in Islam, one are the shiites and the other one are the shuni. These two groups separated because of their beliefs as to where the authority must come from and later on they split and wage war against each other. They are terrorizing each other and doing some revenge and terrorism by killing each other. The mentioned attack was probably the regular activities of both group.

If it was a consequence of the war of the Sunnis with the Shiites that the terrorist act would be committed against Muslims and most likely in Iraq. At what here Sweden? It is likely the campaign is aimed at inciting ethnic hatred and strengthening of right-wing sentiment in Europe.
