If it is photoshop then the ID number or social number is for real person you just photoshop name picture? . also there gonna be real problem here some online banks require you to proof the ownership of the document like in neteller the account not become totally verified without proof of ownership ( me holding the ID card ) . i have verified account there and i know that . do you know if other banks Also require you the proof of ownership.if not f from start then might ask for it if account got limited? .cuz then providing more docs wont help in this situation .

holding the ID card not possible, only verification with docs. Valid SSN no problem.
