if you can't synced your wallet then there is no chance you able to send your coins to sell it.

If you are using the new link on downloading the wallet then syncing wont be to long since i have made this thing already.If your wallet is not sync then you cant really transfer your rai on other wallet and also xrb can be sold on mercatox or any other users who buy it and they have their own trading thread and this topic shouldnt be on ann board.
