It's been 3 days without a single reply to my support requests. Exceeded their 48 hour withdrawal time by over 30 hours now.
Hi, m19. Sorry for so long response. Temporally (few days), we don't withdrawal big amount due to some problem with the transaction fee on our btc processing gate. Sorry again for that, our clients! We are trying hard to fix this issue.
I would suggest people to wait for this to resolve before depositing.
When both owner and the person having problems confirm it is solved we can breath easily again and deposit to gamble again. Until then this smells a bit fishy and dangerous to play during an issue like this.
I would also like to add that their Signature campaign (active for a month as I was a participant of it) ended last week. I don't know what's happening with the management but hopefully, they will resolve this ASAP. It is not good for a gambling site to hold withdrawals of its customers.
