OP is not ready to disclose any details related to his project so I don't think it will be an legit investment to make and he will surely scam people so its better not to waste our time and money in this kind of projects and instead find some reliable ways of making investments.

He's is full plan might be to scam. If he has a scheduled plan he might have posted here. Mostly the new memberswill PM and I believe he'll easily brainwash them and receive bitcoin for investment. Soon he might get listed in the scammers list. One should not fear of posting his ideas, only then users can trust.
